2025 DAY CLINICS

Currently there are no upcoming events. Check back soon!

The Tennessee Diving Camp is led by recently retired University of Tennessee Head Diving Coach Dave Parrington who will be assisted by guest coaches who are nationally ranked divers and members of the University of Tennessee Diving Team.

Whether you are learning to do the first dive or preparing for the Olympic games, all skill level campers are welcome! Campers will be provided two daily diving sessions, receive instruction on the importance of stretching routines, the fundamentals of the hurdle  and back presses, the techniques used for ripping, twisting and somersaulting, the significance of doing dry-board/belt work in addition to trampoline skills/drills. Throughout the sessions, there will be diving specific strength and conditioning. Additionally,  lectures will be provided by experts from the University of Tennessee on the topics of nutrition and recovery and mental training. For divers who are in training for regional, zone and national level competitions we will ensure their training needs are met  in their entirety.
